Tell us about your first day walking through the doors at Ten Twenty:  I was unsure about starting but was convinced that I needed more than running.

What benefits/accomplishments have you seen/had since joining? I have noticed a difference in my strength since I started and confidence in my body.

What are your individual goals?  I am able to do a Jumping pull-up and have done one handstand push-up.

Favorite moment at 1020 so far?   My favorite moment is when I am able to do something I wasn't able to do when I started.

What do you enjoy  most about the coaching staff at 1020? The staff is awesome.  They are encouraging and supportive.  They care about what you want to accomplish.

Words of advice for someone interested in getting started?  I think for someone wanting to get started, I would say don't listen to what you hear about CrossFit, it can be anything I want it to be.  It is awesome and everyone is nice and welcoming and supportive no matter what I want out of it.

Tell us something we don't know about you?  I use to teach aerobic, step & ball for 12 years before turning to running, swimming and biking.

Favorite WOD?  Conditioning.

Least Favorite WOD? WODs with weight lifting in them because they are still hard for me but a good challenge is okay.
